The location of this place is fantastic, situated in the Albufereta district close to the beaches in the north and the light railway - we always choose to stay here when we visit.

The staff are great and amiable and deserve a 3-star rating. Being close to a tram station makes it easy to travel.

i was happy with hotel's absolutely perfect location by light railway or bus. the rooms were all big size and new-fashioned in exceptional condition. location: the venue was adjacent to where to find the breakfast, the beach and a residential area.

It was also conveniently located next to a roundabout with easy access to Alicante city centre and the nearby beaches. There can be some noise from the surrounding traffic and carwash during the day, which may affect the tranquility of the outdoor area.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The daily supply of fresh bread rolls and croissants was a lovely addition. The tram stop was conveniently located across the road. There was a friendly and helpful cafe/bar nearby.
